this dictionary is fully free and doesn't need internet once installed.

THIS DICTIONARY IS ONLY FOR ANDROID DEVICES AND WILL NOT RUN ON OTHER DEVICES.

The installation instructions are given in that .ZIP file.
1) Make sure that where your apps install whether it is on SD Card or internal storage you can do this by going to settings>applications.
2) Second thing is that when you confirm where your apps installs, check the presence or absence of the 'obb' folder if it is absent you can make one new in that directory.
3) Third thing is that you do not need to 'copy' this file, instead this when you open the zip file select 'extract to' and extract it to the 'obb' file and refresh it once.
4) Here you have done it. open medical dictionary and check it.
Some precautions:
when you firstly install the .apk app do not open it before the above steps get completed.
if you faces a problem while extracting the file of the zip file from the internal storage to the 'obb' folder of the SD Card and it not complets then you have to move the zip file first to your SD Card before extraction and then extract it.

it looks that you have extracted the zip file in opposit directory. try to extract it to the internal storage or sd card.
